Reddy Laboratories is one of the fastest growing pharma companies in Asia. Its founder envisioned the corporate headquarters building as an "icon" for the city of Hyderabad, which is emerging as a center of post- industrial commerce in the sub-continent.
The lower floors set in a podium accommodate parking, storage, utilities, a health club, library and a management-training center. The top most floor is the Chairman's suite and the lower floors are for Managing Directors, General Managers, Corporate Planning and Finance.
The structure is conceived as a tetrahedron with the sky facing planes shaded with louvers, and the ground facing planes enclosed in structural glass. A service core ties the ensemble vertically into a single entity.
