Mr. Akkisetti Ramprasad Naidu
Mr. Akkisetti Ramprasad Naidu, born in 1970, is
the Managing Director working with the firm since its inception in 1994.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fergusson College
and a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Pune.
Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director of the firm he taught
Psychology at Fergusson College. During his tenure as a lecturer he
wrote a referral text book named “Psychology for Beginners”,
which is popular with the freshmen studying psychology the University
of Pune. His articles on architecture have been published widely both
in national and international journals. His love for architectural photography
has lead to many projects been published in architectural magazines
such as Business Week (USA), Architectural Record (USA), World Architecture
(UK), ZOO (U.K.), Architecture + Design, Inside Outside, the Indian
Architect and Builder to mention a few. He is avidly involved in the
publicity and branding of the studio as an international design house,
and is in-charge of the studios public relations, management of the
firm, business development and client relations.
Mr. Rahul M. Sathe
Mr. Rahul M. Sathe, born in 1972, is
a civil engineer by profession and associated with the firm as Director
of Projects since 1996. Mr. Sathe plays a key role in project planning
and strategy. He is involved in project management, contracting, feasibility
studies, cost estimation, tendering and site supervision. He was instrumental
in making feasibility studies and investment plans for urban development
and new town planning projects taken up by the firm. He has been responsible
for making the financial and investment plans for urban development
in many cites and urban centers of growth in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
Ar. Daraius Choksi
Architect Daraius Choksi, born in 1975, graduated from BVP College of Architecture in 1998, and holds a B. Arch from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the firm since 1999. He has played a vital role as project architect for the firms many large projects such as The Kochi Refineries Headquarters Building, TAIN Square and Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies, Lonavala. As a Director-Studio he oversees all the projects which range from educational institutions, corporate offices and residential complexes.
His interest lies in designing energy efficient buildings and institutional campus. He coordinates between the studio and the site while being involving in the design development, working drawings and architectural supervision.
