The COEP Campus Master Plan will provide
a vision and clear action
plan for the physical development of the campus over the next 10
years. The master plan study will include an analysis and understanding
of the existing campus, and will establish the nature and degree of
development required to support the goals and objectives of COEP’s
mission for its future. The master plan will aim to provide a guiding
vision for campus growth, enhance and preserve the campus’ existing
identity and history, and to structure the plan to enable flexibility
in
how that future growth is realized. This will be a physical master plan.
Its purpose will be to create the physical and functional setting for
systematic growth and infrastructure improvements that will enable COEP
to continue to provide access to the highest quality technical education.
